Add extra pages to a meeting

Every meeting gets one Meeting Notes page. For long meetings, or when you take a lot of notes, add more pages directly behind it.

Steps

  1. Open the meeting's notes page.

  2. Tap ⋮ menu (three dots) → Add note page on your reMarkable.

  3. Pick a template in Layers (lined works well for notes, grid for diagrams).

  4. Keep writing. Add another page whenever you need one.

The extra pages sit immediately after the meeting's page and are preserved on every sync, even if the meeting is later moved or canceled. Some users add ten or more pages to a single meeting.

What the extra page looks like

It's a standard reMarkable page, not a Dayfolio-formatted one: no meeting header, attendees or action items. If you want the meeting title on it, write it at the top.

Finding those pages later

  • From the meeting's notes page, just swipe to the next page.

  • The With notes tab of the Meetings Index shows which meetings have handwriting; the pencil badge on events in the Day and Week views does the same.

One caution

If you run Repair planner index while extra pages haven't finished syncing to the reMarkable Cloud, those pages may not be recoverable. Make sure the tablet's sync icon is idle before running a repair.
