Your planner at a glance

Your Dayfolio planner is a single PDF on your reMarkable, but it behaves like a small app: every page links to the others, and every sync refreshes the content while your handwriting stays in place. Here is what's inside, in the order the pages appear.

The views

  • Year View — the whole year on one page. Every day with events shows a small colored marker, the current month is highlighted, and every day number is a link. See Year View.

  • Month View — one page per month (two on the Move). All-day events appear as colored pills, timed events as dots, and each day shows how many tasks you completed. See Month View.

  • Week View — one page per week (four on the Move): the week's schedule, plus Focus, Priorities, a Habits tracker, Week Stats, a to-do list and notes. See Week View.

  • Day View — one page per day (three on the Move): your schedule hour by hour, a quote, Focus, Priorities, the To Do List you can tick off with your pen, and Notes. See Day View.

Meeting Notes pages

Every event that Dayfolio identifies as a meeting gets its own page with the meeting details, attendees, description, a large notes area and action items. Tap the event in any view to jump there. See Meeting Notes pages.

The indexes

  • Meetings Index — all your meetings by date, with tabs for Recent, Upcoming, With notes and Archived. See Meetings Index and Series pages.

  • Series pages — one page per recurring meeting, listing every occurrence (past, this week, upcoming).

  • Tasks Index — every task from your connected apps, grouped by Today, Overdue, This Week, Inbox and Logbook, or by list and by source. See Tasks Index.

Small details that matter

Not only for meetings

Dayfolio started from a meeting-heavy workflow, but the Meeting Notes feature is optional. Many people use the planner for personal planning: the Day and Week views, tasks, habits and notes work exactly the same with an empty calendar.
